Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 977win ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in relation to your use of 977win.net and all associated services, including sports betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, Slots, Esports and any related features available through the website or the 977win mobile app.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other location where access is not expressly restricted. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

977win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of 977win services — including placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, earning VIP points and receiving bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and available through the 977win website or app.

• You must be a minimum of 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Each individual player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, device or IP address are not allowed.
• You must provide accurate registration information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process.
• You must not register using false, incomplete or misleading information.
• Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or used by anyone other than the registered account holder, are not permitted.
• 977win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending review.

If it is discovered that a player has registered multiple accounts, 977win reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held within them and remove any bonuses received. Players found to have provided false identification information will have their accounts closed with immediate effect and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 977win platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank account transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your bank
• Mobile Wallets — other supported providers

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. 977win does not charge internal processing fees on standard PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are beyond our control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the payments section of the platform. Priority withdrawal processing is available for Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP tier members.

977win reserves the right to request documentation to verify a withdrawal before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or where the account transaction history triggers a review. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and is not an indication that anything is wrong.

4 Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 977win, including Cricket, Football and Esports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body, league or tournament organiser.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds fluctuate in real time and 977win cannot guarantee that a specific price will remain available.
• 977win reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, odds feed failure, or where the bet was placed on an event already in progress without in-play markets being intentionally open.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and events. These limits are shown at the time of bet placement and may vary based on your account tier and the specific market.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as described in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• PSL, T20 and international Cricket matches are subject to the Cricket-specific settlement rules published in the Betting section.

Accumulator and combination bets are available on selected markets. Where one leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs. 977win reserves the right to limit bet acceptance or restrict market access for any individual player at our discretion, without being required to state a reason.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

977win offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for a specific offer is stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds that expire are removed from your account without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet any minimum odds requirements stated in the offer. Bets that do not meet the minimum odds do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• 977win reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in, any wagering already completed will be honoured.
• Systematic abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in bonus removal and may result in account closure.

The 977win VIP Programme operates across Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. VIP points are earned through real-money activity across all game categories — Cricket betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and Slots all contribute. Points accumulate in your account and determine your tier status. VIP benefits, including cashback rates, reload bonuses and withdrawal processing priority, are applied automatically based on your current tier. 977win reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits and point values at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 977win platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in bet voidance, account suspension or permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a match, or any conduct connected to match manipulation.
• Collusion: Working with other players, or with a Live Casino dealer, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform or gain an advantage not available to standard users.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional offers to generate guaranteed profit, including cross-platform arbitrage targeting 977win odds errors.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or submitting falsified verification documents.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage person to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has been used for betting on the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

977win is committed to promoting a responsible gaming environment. We provide tools to help players manage their own activity, and we encourage all players to use them. The following tools are available from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set a duration after which you will receive an on-screen reminder of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Marketing communications are also suspended.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to request its correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

977win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where:

• A chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute has been initiated.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 977win will notify the account holder by email where possible. Funds in the account will remain on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact 977win support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

10 Limitation of Liability

977win provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a smooth user experience, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

977win's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or damage caused by your reliance on information provided on the platform.

977win is not responsible for issues arising from the player's own internet connection, device, browser or third-party payment provider. If a technical issue on the 977win platform results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, 977win will take reasonable steps to restore the correct outcome — which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.

11 Changes to These Terms

977win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we may send a notification via email or in-platform message. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the 977win platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
